The Composite Index declined by 4.59 points to close at 1,135.08, the All T&T Index fell 9.10 points to close at 1,815.63 and the Cross Listed Indexwas unchanged at 60.37.

Gains| West Indian Tobacco was the only stock to rise having put on just 2 cents the price closed at $126.30 while trading 1,640 shares.
Losses| Angostura Holdings ended with 7,000 shares changing hands to decline by 20 cents at $13, National Enterprises closed with 984 shares changing hands after falling 67 cents, to close at a $11.25, Point Lisas traded 13,114 shares but lost 6 cents to $3.94. TTSE 14-04-16Praetorian Property Mutual Fund contributed 2,200 shares to end with a loss of 30 cents at a 52 weeks’ low of $2.70 and Trinidad and Tobago NGL lost 2 cents and closed at $21.01 with 107,538 shares traded for $2,258,416.
Firm Trades| Clico Investment Fund ended at $22.60 with 2,380 shares changing hands, Firstcaribbean International Bank had 2,998 units changing hands at $6.50, Guardian Holdings closed with 26,288 shares valued at $341,744 changing hands to end at $13. Prestige Holdings with 1,351 units changing hands, ended at $11.30, Sagicor Financial Corporation closed with 109,915 shares changing hands for a value of $796,871 and closed at $7.25.

Large trades in Supreme Ventures falling by 49 cents with 10,031,100 changing hands at $5.01, Sagicor Group with 1,218,818 shares at $24 after rising by $1 and Sagicor Real Estate Fund covering 1,300,894 units at $9.60 while losing 40 cents, dominated trading on Jamaica Stock Exchange in the early morning session on Thursday.

The market saw the all Jamaica Composite Index rising 508.80 points to 166,369.06, the JSE Market Index climbing 454.95 points to 149,805.53 the JSE combined index ending with a gain of 490.18 points to 157,703.26 and the junior market index increasing by 6.64 points to 1,827.13.
A total of 33 securities compared to 20 on Wednesday, accounting for 13,153,558 shares changed hands at 10.45 am as 8 stocks gained and 9 declined.
