At the close of market activities, 24 securities changing hands, up from 26 securities changed hands on Thursday, with prices of 15 securities rising, 4 declining and 5 remaining unchanged as 2,557,873 units valued at $13,773,282 traded, compared to 2,182,720 units valued at $9,969,190 on Thursday.
Trading ended with an average of 106,578 units for an average of $573,887 in contrast to 83,951 units for an average of $383,430 on Thursday. The average volume and value for the month to date amounts to 988,164 units valued at $2,580,720 and previously 1,028,085 units valued at $2,671,596 for each security traded. August ended with an average of 232,398 units valued at $1,072,851 for each traded security.

Express Catering closed 10 cents higher at $6.35, with 27,825 stock units trading, Fontana closed 36 cents higher at $8.47, with the trading of 54,728 units, General Accident shed 3 cents in trading of 1,022,961 units at $6.95. GWest Corporation closed with a loss of 5 cents at $1.10, in swapping 45,000 shares, Honey Bun closed 19 cents higher at $6.39, with 36,576 stock units changing hands, Indies Pharma climbed 8 cents and exchanged 12,100 shares at $3.38, Jamaican Teas declined by 28 cents to settle at $6.12 in moving 18,092 shares. 
Jetcon Corporation closed trading of 7,942 units and gained 29 cents to end at $2.09, Knutsford Express added $1.60 to end at $12.50 with 102,656 stock units trading. Lasco Distributors ended with a loss of 1 cent at $3.25 with 313,746 stock units changing hands, Lasco Financial climbed 23 cents and exchanged 6,100 shares at $5, Limners and Bards lost 10 cents trading 174,427 shares to close at $2.50, and Medical Disposables closed with a loss of $1.40 at $7.40, after swapping of 8,000 shares.

Proven Investments selling half of their holdings in Access Financial stock by way of a public offer, at an attractive price of $32 each. Market conditions resulted in just two changes to IC TOP 10 BUY RATED list as CAC 2000 returned to the top 10 Junior Market list, replacing Caribbean Cream and Scotia Group moved back into the main market listing at the expense of Seprod.

Knutsford Express ended trading with 5,713 shares, after rising 4 cents to end at $10.99, Limners and Bards ended market activity exchanging 1,236,217 shares to close at $2.52 after falling 30 cents, Lasco Financial closed with a loss of 32 cents at $4.68, in swapping of 37,300 shares. Prices pulled back during the past week but the new IC TOP 10 BUY RATED main market stocks MPC Caribbean Energy surged to an all-time high of $153.06 and is still in the TOP 10 and seems poised to move higher with no sellers in sight.
The PE ratio for Junior Market Top 10 stocks averages 7.7 compared to 8.4 the previous week and the main market PE is now 10.5. These levels of PE ratios point to big upside for TOP 10 stocks.

Lasco Financial ended market activity exchanging 14,665 shares to close at $5 after falling 40 cents, Lasco Manufacturing ended with a loss of 1 cent at $5.51 with 19,300 stock units changing hands, Medical Disposables climbed $2.40 to settle at $8 with a mere 100 shares trading. Main Event closed with a loss of 50 cents at $6, the swapping of 8,761 shares and Stationery and Office Supplies ended trading with 355,751 shares, after rising 17 cents to end at $13.
