Stationery and Office Supplies dropped $1.30 to end at $16.20 in switching ownership of 10,000 stock units and tTech rallied 45 cents to $3 as investors exchanged 254,811 stocks.
In the preference segment, CAC 2000 9.5% preference share shed 16 cents to close at $1.01, with 6,538 units changing hands.

Junior Market trading climbs
Trading closed on the Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange Thursday, with the volume of stocks exchanged rising 68 percent, with a slightly higher value than Wednesday following activities in 42 securities, the same as Wednesday and ending with 15 rising, 18 declining and nine closing unchanged.
A total of 20,300,179 shares were exchanged for $40,240,995 up from 12,078,496 units at $38,559,683 on Wednesday. Trading averaged 483,338 shares at $958,119 against 287,583 shares at $918,088 on Wednesday, with month to date, averaging 515,490 units at $1,694,659 compared to 517,543 units at $1,741,672 on the previous day. August closed with an average of 407,186 units at $1,330,946.
Everything Fresh led trading with 11.80 million shares for 58.1 percent of total volume followed by Mailpac Group with 2.15 million units for 10.6 percent of the day’s trade, Tropical Battery contributed 1.44 million units for 7.1 percent of the market and iCreate with 1.19 million units for 5.8 percent market share.
At the close, the Junior Market Index gained 10.64 points to settle at 4,127.69.

Lasco Distributors rallied 15 cents in ending at $3 after exchanging 16,166 stocks, Lasco Financial shed 19 cents to end at $2.71 trading 23,927 stock units, Mailpac Group declined 12 cents to $2.27 with an exchange of 2,154,913 units. 
Main Event lost $1 to close at $8 as investors exchanged 78,619 stocks, MFS Capital Partners advanced 34 cents in closing at $3.39, with 104,707 shares clearing the market, Paramount Trading increased 13 cents to $1.93 in exchanging 70,217 stock units. Spur Tree Spices popped 24 cents to close at $3.64 in trading 77,284 units, Stationery and Office Supplies increased $1.50 to end at $17.50 with investors transferring 46,000 stock units and tTech fell 44 cents in closing at $2.55 in switching ownership of just 1,312 stocks.

Big drop for Junior Market
The Junior Market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange fell sharply on Wednesday, with the volume of stocks traded declining 60 percent from Tuesday’s outturn after investors exchanged 62 percent less funds, with 42 securities trading versus 44 on Tuesday and ended with 15 rising, 20 declining and seven closing unchanged.
A total of 12,078,496 shares were exchanged for $38,559,683 down from 30,532,879 units at $100,998,581 on Tuesday.
Trading ended with an average of 287,583 shares at $918,088 compared to 693,929 shares at $2,295,422 on Tuesday, with the month to date, averaging 517,543 units at $1,741,672 compared to 533,222 units at $1,797,825 on the previous day. August closed with an average of 407,186 units at $1,330,946.
Jamaican Teas led trading with 2.56 million shares for 21.2 percent of total volume followed by Fosrich with 1.96 million units for 16.2 percent of the day’s trade, iCreate ended with 1.77 million units for 14.6 percent of the market and Mailpac Group with 1.07 million units for 8.8 percent market share.
