The Composite Index declined by 0.16 points to close at 1,146.16, the All T&T Index fell 0.07 points to close at 1,979.81 and the Cross Listed Index eased 0.03 points to end at 40.91.
Gains| Stocks increasing in price at the close are, Clico Investment Fund with 16,470 shares valued at $363,164 and advanced by 5 cents to end at $22.05, First Citizens Bank increased 50 cents to end the day at $36.50, with 60,000 shares changing hands, for a value of $2,184,169, One Caribbean Media traded 5,250 shares, a cent higher at $24.36, for a new 52 weeks’ high and Unilever Caribbean traded 971 shares with a gain of 3 cents, to land at $64.05, a new 52 weeks’ high.
Declines| The stocks declining at the end of trading are, Angostura Holdings with 393 shares traded, to close 5 cents off, at $12.70, Guardian Holdings traded 7,457 units at $13.40 for a loss of 10 cents, Republic Bank lost a cent, in closing at $121.72 with 13,625 shares traded, valued at $1,658,435, Scotiabank lost 20 cents to close at $60.80, a new 52 weeks’ low, while trading 9,918 shares valued at $603,014 and West Indian Tobacco traded 1,212 units, at $118.07 for 3 cents decline.
Firm Trades| Stocks closing with prices unchanged at the end of trading are, Berger Paints had 30 shares trading at $3.61, Guardian Media traded 250 shares at $19.76, while Massy Holdings added 14,628 shares valued at $1,002,181, ending at $68.51, National Flour with 29,538 shares traded for $38,399, closed at $1.30, Point Lisas Industrial Port with 5,000 units closed at $4, Prestige Holdings with 1,000 shares changing hands, closed at $9.50, Sagicor Financial traded 12,929 shares at $6.20 and Scotia Investments contributed 21,561 shares with a value of $31,263, to end at $1.45,
