At the close of the market, the Composite Index gained 1.11 points to 1,390.45. The All T&T Index shed 0.70 points to 1,750.77, while the Cross Listed Index rose 0.41 points to close at 139.57.
IC bid-offer Indicator|The Investor’s Choice bid-offer indicator ended with 2 stocks closing with bids higher than the last selling price and one with a lower offer.
Gains| Grace Kennedy added 1 cent in trading 102,000 shares to end at $3.30, NCB Financial rose 30 cents and ended at $10.50, with 2,933 units crossing the exchange and West Indian Tobacco gained 45 cents to close at $106 in exchanging 250 shares.
Losses| One Caribbean Media lost 10 cents and ended at $10, with 15,000 units crossing the exchange. Point Lisas closed with a loss of 3 cents and settled at $3.72, with 203 units changing hands, Republic Financial fell 33 cents and ended at $121, trading 5,650 units and Unilever Caribbean shed 25 cents and concluded trading of 5,897 stock units at $24.50.
Firm Trades| Clico Investment Fund settled at $24.15, with 409 stock units changing hands, First Caribbean International Bank ended at $8.50, with 50,000 stock units trading, First Citizens Bank completed trading at $40.10, with 2,267 units, Guardian Holdings settled at $18.02, with 5,006 units crossing the exchange. Guardian Media ended at $9, with 500 units passing through the market, JMMB Group settled at $2.25, with 10,800 stock units changing hands, Prestige Holdings ended at $8.40, with an exchange of 117 stock units and Trinidad & Tobago NGL traded 3,548 units to close at $24.51.
