At the close of trading, the Composite Index declined by 1.28 points to 1,399.24. The All T&T Index shed 2.88 points to 1,773.51, while the Cross Listed Index fell 0.05 points to close at 138.79.
IC bid-offer Indicator|The Investor’s Choice bid-offer indicator ended with one stock closing with the bid higher than the last selling price and one with a lower offer.
Gains| Calypso Macro Index Fund gained 8 cents to close at $14.25 trading 302 shares, Clico Investment Fund gained 5 cents and concluded at $24.10, with 2,114 units, JMMB Group finished trading 26,000 shares and gained 3 cents to end at $2.15 and Sagicor Financial concluded trading of 33,089 shares after rising 10 cents in closing at $10.45.
Losses| Republic Financial shares fell 48 cents and settled at $121.33, in trading 1,043 units and Scotiabank closed with a loss of 20 cents at $59.50, with 1,865 units crossing the exchange Trinidad & Tobago NGL traded 1,050 units but lost 40 cents to close at $27.50.
Firm Trades| First Caribbean International Bank ended at $8.35, with 7,000 units crossing the exchange First Citizens Bank traded 1,327 shares at $40.01 and Massy Holdings settled at $54.98, with 54 stock units changing hands.
