The all Jamaica composite index closed above 92,000 points for the first time since as it gained 1,221.67 at the end of trading to end at 92,727.31 points the highest since June 7, 2012.
The stocks contributing to the upward move are mainly Carreras, National Commercial Bank, Pan Jamaican and Scotia Group. Investors should be watching the results for Scotia Group that is expected to be released today for clues as to what may happen to the market on Friday.
