The Composite Index rose 0.38 points to close at 1,146.54, the All T&T Index fell by just 0.01 points to close at 1,979.80 and the Cross Listed Index increased by 0.10 points to end at 41.01.
Gains| Stocks increasing in price at the close are Grace Kennedy increasing 14 cents to end the day at $3.70 with a volume of 35,888 shares being traded for $131,606 and National Flour Mills with 135,462 shares changing hands for a value of $177,924 to close at $1.35, up 5 cents for the day.
Declines| The stocks declining at the end of trading are Clico Investment Fund with 2,333 shares valued at $51,326 declined by 5 cents to end at $22 and Republic Bank with 2,630 shares closed 2 cents lower at $121.70.
Firm Trades| Stocks closing with prices unchanged at the end of trading are, Angostura Holdings with 193 shares at $12.70, Firstcaribbean International Bank 2,000 shares at $5, while Jamaica Money Market Brokers added 22,555 shares to close at 45 cents, Massy Holdings contributed 27,355 shares with a value of $1,874,093 to close at $68.51, National Commercial Bank 20,275 shares at $1, National Enterprises with 15 shares to end at $17.74, Point Lisas Industrial Port Development 150 shares at $4, Sagicor Financial Corporation 4,703 shares at $6.20 and Trinidad Cement with only 39 shares at $2.54 and West Indian Tobacco trading 1,741 shares to close at $118.07.
