Trading on the Junior Market on Monday ended with Caribbean Producers dominating market activity with 99.51 percent of the total volume on the market amounting to 111.5 million units. Total volume going through the market ended at 112,078,312 units valued $371,345,580, compared to 789,261 units valued $5,071,496 on Friday.
Trading ended with 6 stocks rising and 8 falling as 20 securities traded versus 24 on Friday. At the close of the market, the market index dropped 39.21 points to 3,214.31.

The Junior Market ended trading with an average that jumped to 5,603,616 units for an average value of $18,567,279 compared to 32,886 units for an average value of $211,312 on the previous trading day. The average volume and value for the month to date rose to 820,200 units valued at $2,947,914 compared with 136,855 units valued at $716,576, previously.  In contrast, May closed with averages of 89,339 units at $596,722.
At the close of the market, Cargo Handlers lost 30 cents and closed at $16 with just 200 shares trading, Caribbean Creamrose 5 cents in trading 3,551 units to end at $7.55, Caribbean Producers traded 111,527,530 units and fell 8 cents to end at $3.29, C2W Music had 87,374 units changing hands to close at 45 cents, Dolphin Cove gained 10 cents and ended at $18 with 18,021 shares changing hands, Eppley fell $1.99 with 1,000 units changing hands, to close of $10.01. Honey Bun had 40,069 shares changing hands to close at $7, after adding 14 cents, ISP Finance traded only 1,360 shares to end at $24, Jamaican Teas fell 4 cents in trading 25,550 shares at $4.26, Jetcon Corporation ended at $14.51 with 21,069 shares trading, after falling 29 cents, KLE Group rose 15 cents and ended at $2.10 with 23,556 shares changing hands, Knutsford Express lost 5 cents in trading 126,936 shares and closing at $16.45, Lasco Distributors fell 40 cents and ended trading 12,000 units at $7, Lasco Financial had 3,500 shares changing hands to end at $4. Lasco Manufacturing shed 1 cent to end at $4.99 in trading 53,000 shares. Main Event added 1 cent to end trading with 102,898 shares at $6.50.Medical Disposables ended at $5.80 after falling 20 cents with 15,675 units crossing the exchange, Paramount Trading rose 4 cents and ended with 9,500 shares changing hands at $3.04, Sweet River ended with 256 units changing hands at $3.86, tTech ended with a mere 267 units trading with a rise of 15 cents at $7.90 and Eppley 10% preference share, ended with 6,000 units changing hands at $6.60.
