At close of trading on the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange on Tuesday, 13 securities changed hands against 14 on Monday, with 5 stocks advancing, 3 declining and 5 remaining unchanged.
Market activity ended with the Composite Index slipped 1.15 points on Tuesday to end at 1,275.45, the All T&T Index rose 1.90 points to 1,714.84, while Cross Listed Index shed 0.58 points to close at 112.80 as 97,658 shares with a value of $1,151,114 traded, compared to 215,486 shares with a value of $1,243,006 on Monday.

Gains| Clico Investments closed 45 cents higher and ended at $21.46, with 5,159 units trading, Grace Kennedy added 14 cents to finish at a 52 weeks’ high of $3.45, with 1,000 units changing hands, JMMB Group added 1 cent to finish at $1.81, with 34,867 stock units trading, Scotiabank finished trading after rising 48 cents to close at $61, with 279 stock units and Trinidad & Tobago NGL rose 49 cents and ended at $27, with 18,905 units changing hands.
Losses| Massy Holdings closed with a loss of 40 cents at $47.50, with 2,826 stock units trading, Prestige Holdings ended trading 1 cent lower and closed at $10.49, trading 27 shares and West Indian Tobacco concluded trading with a loss of 1 cent and ended at $88.98, with 420 stock units changing hands.
Firm Traded| First Citizens finished at $32, trading 600 shares, NCB Financial Group finished at $6.60, trading 16,000 shares, Republic Financial Holdings closed at $101.50, with just 10 stock units trading, Sagicor Financial ended at $7.90, with 17,015 units changing hands and Unilever Caribbean ended at $29, trading 550 shares.
