TTSE stock market gains – Friday

Trading on Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange on Friday resulted in all market indices rising as 2 stocks rose but one closed at a 52 weeks’ low.
At the close the Composite Index gained 2.07 points to 1,220.05, the All T&T Index rose 0.33 points to 1,709.30 and the Cross Listed Index ended 0.53 points up, to close at 98.16.
Market activity ended with 15 securities trading against 14 on Thursday, with just 2 advancing, 1 declining and 12 remaining unchanged. Trading ended with 181,685 units valued $8,803,482, compared to 149,502 units valued $7,746,067 on Thursday.

Gains| First Citizens rose 10 cents and concluded at $35.01, after exchanging 23,669 shares and NCB Financial Group gained 10 cents to close at $5.50, after exchanging 10,500 shares.
Losses| Sagicor Financial fell 20 cents and ended at 52 weeks’ low of $7.50 trading 12,813 stock units. The stock closed with 268,950 units on offer at $7.70 with buying at $7.50 for 22,638 shares.
