Trading on the Junior Market ended on Tuesday with prices of 10 securities rising, 15 declining and 3 remaining unchanged as the market Index slipped 8.19 points to close at 3,226.88.
The market closed with 28 securities changing hands, resulting in an exchange of 3,722,598 units valued at $11,406,185 compared to 3,592,718 units valued at $9,412,656 from 32 securities on Monday. The average PE Ratio of the market ended at 14 based on earnings for 2019.
Trading ended with an average of 132,950 units for an average of $407,364 in contrast to 112,272 units for an average of $294,146 on Monday. The average volume and value for the month to date amounts to 162,137 units valued at $628,523 and previously 164,155 units valued at $643,813. In contrast, December closed with an average of 521,319 shares at $1,344,719 for each security traded.
