Stocks mostly rose in trading on the Trinidad & Tobago Stock Exchange on Monday, with trading in 17 securities against 18 on Friday, with 1 advancing, 8 declining and 7 remaining unchanged.
The market ended trading of 360,703 shares at a value of $3,202,642 compared to 276,756 shares at a value of $7,002,384 changing hands on Friday.
Trading closed, with the Composite Index declining 0.32 points to 1,232.83, the All T&T Index fell 0.68 points to 1,699.40, while the Cross Listed Index added just 0.01 points to close at 103.07.
IC bid-offer Indicator| At the end of trading, the Investor’s Choice bid-offer indicator reading closed with 6 stocks ending with higher bids than the last selling prices and 2 with lower offers.

Stocks closing with losses| Clico Investments fell 17 cents and ended at $20.18, with 1,604 stock units changing hands, Guardian Holdings closed with a loss of 2 cents and completed trading at $16.90, with 12,000 units, JMMB Group shed 1 cent and ended at $1.62, after exchanging 5,176 shares, National Enterprises lost 5 cents and ended at $8.96, with 3,246 stock units changing hands, NCB Financial Group ended trading 5 cents lower and settled at $6.10, after exchanging 21,100 shares, Sagicor Financial concluded trading with a loss of 4 cents and ended at $7.51, with 2,000 stock units changing hands, Scotiabank ended with a loss of 10 cents and completed trading at $64.75, with 240 units and Trinidad Cement shares fell 5 cents to $2.65, after exchanging 50 shares.
Stocks trading with no price change| Angostura Holdings ended at $15.75, with a mere 2 stock units changing hands, Ansa Mcal completed trading at $55.50, with 2,336 units, First Citizens settled at $32.68, after exchanging 180 shares, Massy Holdings closed at $46.92, after exchanging 366 shares, National Flour completed trading at $1.70, with 50 units, Prestige Holdings traded 300,330 units at $7.50 and Trinidad & Tobago NGL settled at $29.50, after exchanging 11,888 shares.
