Trading levels on the Junior Market fell sharply from Friday’s 6,308,783 units valued at $25,012,631, to just 776,551 units valued at a mere $3,574,246 on Monday.
A total of 21 securities traded, down from 22 on Friday, with market Index rising 12.53 points to close at 2,927.14 as the prices of 7 securities advanced, 9 declined and 5 remained unchanged.

Market activity ended with an average of 36,979 units for an average of $170,202 in contrast to 286,763 units for an average of $1,136,938 on Friday. The average volume and value for the month to date amounts to 187,592 units with an average value of $886,396 and previously 195,232 units with an average value of $922,724. April closed with an average of 121,622 units at $506,803, for each security traded.
At the close of the market, AMG Packaging ended at $2, with 30,700 stock units, Cargo Handlers settled for a 63 cents rise to $10.33, with 4,012 shares, Caribbean Producers finished trading with a loss of 4 cents at $5.12, with 3,880 units, Consolidated Bakeries gained14 cents to closed $1.94, with 63,353 shares, Derrimon Trading concluded trading at $9, with 10,000 shares. Elite Diagnostic settled with a loss of 7 cents at $3.13, with 50,000 units, Express Catering traded at $5.95, with 29,879 shares changing hands, FosRich Group finished trading at $2.40, with 10,556 shares, GWest Corporation ended 1 cent higher at $2.11, with 25,031 units. Honey Bun concluded trading with a loss of 11 cents at $4.50, with 66,900 shares, Jetcon Corporation traded with a loss of 4 cents at $4.06, with 183,176 units, Knutsford Express ended 49 cents higher at $12.49, with 741 shares, Lasco Distributors concluded trading with a loss of 14 cents at $3.90, with 17,497 stock units. Lasco Financial finished with a loss of 20 cents at $5, with 91,733 units, Lasco Manufacturing settled with a loss of 20 cents at $4, with 16,873 shares, Main Event ended trading 60 cents higher at $7.60, with 67,788 shares, Medical Disposables traded with a loss of 10 cents at $4.50, with 29,378 shares. Paramount Trading finished trading 24 cents higher at $3, with 15,166 stock units, Stationery and Office closed 11 cents lower to $8.39, with 48,983 units and tTech gained 50 cents to close at $6.50, with 5,905 shares.
